We are looking for a hands-on Production and Quality Supervisor to join our team at FoodYoung. This dynamic role will focus on ensuring the highest standards of food safety (HACCP, IFS), implementing and managing our ERP system, and overseeing the entire supply chain, including purchasing, sales, and shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HACCP, IFS, and other food security and quality standards.
• Oversee ERP system implementation and ongoing management.
• Handle supply chain operations, including procurement, sales, and logistics.
• Actively participate in production tasks, ensuring efficient operations and quality control.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience in food production, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, IFS).
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and willingness to work in production.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
