Data Security Services (DSS) - Technology Adoption Specialist

The opportunity
The Data Security Services (DSS) team is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of processes and supporting technologies with the aim to identify, detect and prevent misuse, unauthorized access and/or improper handling of sensitive data. The DSS Technology Adoption Specialist will report to the DSS Technology Adoption Lead and will help to adopt new technical capabilities and integrate them in the service offerings of Data Security Services.
Your key responsibilities
1. Help to adopt new technologies and utilize them according to EY standards
2. Act as Subject Matter Expert in global projects and support adoption of new solutions to extend Data Security Services portfolio
3. Automate DSS repetitive processes and frameworks by developing scripts for execution (Java, VBS, Python and other programming languages)
4. Develop Service and Operation models for newly adopted tools
5. Develop workflows closely with the other DSS teams and lead to successful implementation
6. Help to drive continuous improvement for the DSS technologies
7. Support other DSS teams with requests for information, process development and continuous feedback
8. Manage transition of workflows to BAU

To qualify for the role you must have
1. Advanced degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
2. Knowledge of security controls: data classification; data labeling and data loss
3. Technical knowledge and breadth of Azure technology (Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI & Machine learning)
4. 2-3 years of experience working in a security related discipline with awareness of data security and regulatory requirements
5. Exceptional judgement, tact and decision-making ability
