To reinforce our Oncology Business Unit, we're seeking a Portfolio Brand Manager Oncology Switzerland.
Purpose:
The successful candidate will be accountable for partnering effectively across the organization to drive volume growth across oncology brands/indications in Switzerland. Delivering on both marketing strategy and tactical execution is essential to deliver optimal customer experiences. This role is based in Geneva as part of the Swiss Affiliate and will report to Oncology BU Lead Switzerland.

* People:
* Deliver an inclusive and patient-centric team focused on ensuring strong focus on volume growth.
* Drive clarity in prioritization by minimizing bureaucracy to focus on what matters most.

* Directly manage Associate Brand Manager and Marketing Trainees.
* Patients:
* Operate with high integrity, comply with Lilly policies and procedures, external legal and compliance requirements.
* Be willing to spend time meeting customers and developing external relationships with key stakeholders.
* Accountable for Swiss affiliate marketing strategy for oncology.
* Develop a clear customer plan focused on helping patients, identifying and prioritizing trade-offs to maximize impact on patients in Switzerland.
* Performance:
* Build an omnichannel marketing plan to maximize the lifecycle of oncology brands/indications, including OPEX management.
* Lead the oncology franchise (Breast Cancer/RET/Hematology) for the Swiss affiliate. Directly responsible for the strategy and execution of Jaypirca, RET. Work closely with Sales lead, Medical colleagues.
* Develop and implement measurement plans for continuous pursuit of excellence.
* Develop insights from data for decision-making (e.g., quarterly metric review and action).
* Devise acceleration or course corrections as needed to achieve/exceed planned results.
* Strive for excellence in both results and achievement methods.
Key Competencies:
Qualifications: Pharmaceutical/marketing/sales/medical/scientific education or equivalent.
Skills & Attributes:
* Oncology experience.
* Strong track record of marketing and sales successes and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, execute, and lead strategic marketing plans.
* Capability to work with and build consensus among a wide range of partners, including affiliate, Hub, IBU, and global stakeholders.
* Capability to drive change and performance.
* Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, able to inspire respect and trust from others.
