Senior Administrative Assistant Client
A start-up/scale up based in the EPFL Innovation park active in the engineering/high tech sector, with promising growth plans and ambitions. Growing team of 60 locally and offices internationally, great team atmosphere, with real desire to achieve great things!
Position
To provide support to the CEO, CFO and the CTO of the company, as well as handling general office administration. Tasks will include:
agenda management and organising travel plans
acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal team members and external visitors
preparation of expense reports for the executives and controlling of staff expenses for approval by executives
event management
preparation of internal and external communication
manage building facilities (reception, security, cleaning, catering, office maintenance)
coordinate office suppliers and control of invoices.
Profile
8 years experience as Administrative Assistant
5 years experience as PA to executives
Fluent or mother tongue English + good French
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well organised with above average time management skills
At ease handling confidential information
Pro-active, hands-on with a great team spirit!
