We are a dynamic HR team that has been working together for a little over a year, overcoming daily challenges together. We are looking for an experienced
HR Generalist (HRBP profile) at 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
* Advising and supporting managers and leaders of our production on all HR-related matters
* Implementing and further developing processes and guidelines in production
* Supporting and advising employees on all personnel matters
* Assisting with personnel planning and recruitment, including temporary staff
* Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and provisions
* Participating in HR projects and events
* Monitoring and analyzing HR indicators
* Conducting Welcome Days and training sessions
* Contributing to the improvement of workplace safety
* Preparing and accompanying audits
Your profile:
* Commercial training with further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist)
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial environment
* Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
* Very good knowledge of French; knowledge of Swiss German and English is an advantage
* Analytical thinking, careful and structured working method
* High flexibility, initiative, team spirit, and good resilience
* Knowledge of Workday and Abacus is an advantage
