Responsibilities
* Deduce local market trends and competitor activity to identify potential leads.
* Analyze individual property performance in your area and create sales plans that align with overall brand objectives.
* Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established targets.
* Maintain an updated list of key clients to ensure ongoing relationship development.
* Drive new business growth through cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local network.
Qualifications
* Excel at time management and organization.
* Prior experience in the hospitality sector is required.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; a degree in business or related field is desirable.
* Exhibit exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
* Hold at least 3 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles within sales departments, preferably in hospitality.
