Job Description
The Event Registration Specialist will be part of the Global Programming Group, responsible for stewardship of the Forum's world-class events. The successful candidate will provide coordination and administrative support, manage event participant relations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver registration and participant services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordination and administrative support (70%): Managing participant relations, registering participants, issuing invoices, and producing security badges.
* Project management (15%): Collaborating with Forum teams to accelerate the adoption of virtual tools for events, delivering trainings, and outlining best practices.
* Events planning and logistics (15%): Providing consultation and training to colleagues on available technology and best practices for access control, registration, and event delivery.
Requirements:
* University undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
* One to three years of experience in event management or a related field.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital products.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
