Corporate IT Coordinator and PMO
We are seeking a motivated, structured, and approachable personality at Group level as Corporate IT Coordinator and PMO.
Main Responsibilities:
* IT Project Portfolio Management: Manage the IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* IT Contract Management: Oversee IT contract management to ensure compliance and optimal utilization of resources.
* Global IT Budget and Controlling: Lead the global IT budget and controlling process to ensure effective resource allocation.
* Enterprise Architecture Standards: Define and maintain IT standards for the enterprise architecture to support business growth.
* IT Documentation Lifecycle Management: Manage the IT documentation lifecycle, including policies, guidelines, and standards, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* eLearning Tool Maintenance: Maintain the eLearning tool for cybersecurity awareness to ensure employees are equipped with necessary knowledge.
* IT Benchmark Analysis: Periodically analyze IT benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
* Master Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of IT relevant master data to support business decision-making.
* ICS (Internal Control System) Spearheading: Spearhead the ICS, control objectives, and ensure assessment for corporate IT to mitigate risks.
* IT Performance Measurement: Monitor IT performance measurement to optimize resource utilization.
Additional PMO Tasks:
* Milestone and Dependency Plan Management: Manage milestones and dependency plans on program level to ensure timely completion.
* Program Progress Review: Review overall program progress (schedule and cost metrics, project/program plan risks, and issues).
* Risk and Issue Remediation: Approve remedial actions/solutions to escalated risks/issues.
* Integrated Management Report Presentation: Present integrated management report to respective committees.
Your Profile:
* Education and Qualification: University degree in computer science or similar, professional qualification.
* Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in corporate IT.
* Project Management Certification: Experience with project management (PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP).
* ITIL or Cobit Frameworks: Solid experience with ITIL (information technology infrastructure library) or Cobit frameworks.
* Business Understanding: Good understanding of IT processes and business drivers.
* SAP Environment: Experience with business process and enterprise architecture modeling tools in a SAP environment preferred.
* LMS eLearning Tools: Knowledge with LMS eLearning tools.
* Workflow Tools: Experience in working with workflow tools like K2 Nintex or Basware is helpful.
