Sales Manager (Ticino and Italy)
We are looking for a highly motivated and result–driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a combination of operational and strategic proficiency, complemented by an extensive network of contacts. Working with technical teams, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives, building relationships with clients and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry needs and requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. Understand their business needs and seek revamping opportunities
* Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and attending industry events
* Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and product presentations
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solution
* Clearly and convincingly articulate the features and benefits of our product to potential clients
* Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators
* Collaborate with the product management and the tech lab to create compelling presentations and messaging.
* Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
* 15+ years of proven experience in software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland and/or northern Italy
* Proven experience in direct sales on internally generated leads and/or through a consolidated partners’ channel
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies is mandatory
* Native in Italian and fluent in English (German is a plus)
* Swiss citizenship or eligibility for a Swiss work permit
We offer an attractive compensation based on experience and performance (fixed salary plus volume-based commission).
