In short On is looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive our cross-functional strategic program On 3.0, based in our Zurich headquarters. On 3.0 comprises 4 core projects, which are GTM Creation, GTM Commercial, E2 E Planning, and Product Master Data. Each project has its own project owner and project manager as well as business and tech people to drive design and implementation of new/changes processes and systems. To keep track of progress, interdependencies, risks, etc., we are looking for a dedicated Program Manager reporting to the Senior Director Global Operations, Transformations, and HD. Your mission Lead the enterprise-wide strategic program On 3.0, ensuring seamless execution across multiple underlying projects. Establish and drive program governance, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution. Translate strategic objectives into structured, actionable program roadmaps, defining milestones, deliverables, and KPIs by leveraging the project roadmaps. Act as the primary point of contact for program sponsors and executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies. Orchestrate and align multiple project teams working across different business units and functions. Ensure dependencies across projects are proactively managed and bottlenecks are identified and mitigated. Drive collaboration between teams to ensure program success. Align program deliverables with overarching enterprise goals and transformation priorities. Define program governance frameworks, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making structures. Implement and track performance metrics to measure program success and impact. Identify, escalate, and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure timely resolution. Drive continuous improvement by embedding best practices in program and portfolio management. Develop structured change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement across stakeholder groups. Ensure alignment with business objectives through clear communication plans, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability across transformation initiatives. Your story8+ years of experience in Program Management with demonstrated success in program management, enterprise transformation, and/or large-scale strategic project management. Experience working in fast-paced, global organizations, managing high-complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Experience in a sportswear company or a similar sector is a plus. Commitment to understanding and fulfilling our brand's vision and objectives. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders with the ability to engage, influence, and align with senior leaders. Proficiency in portfolio and program management tools (e.g., Planview, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar). Certifications such as PMP, Pg MP, SAFe, or Prosci Change Management are advantageous. Ability to adapt to changing project needs and navigate complex situations.
