Job Description
Subject matter experts in Marketing and Comms provide business stakeholders with specialized advice on their subjects, and act as an advisor leveraging on a specific MC expertise. She/he is a person with unique knowledge and expertise on a specific subject or in a particular industry ex digital marketing, internal comms, telecom, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admins Specialist) are a plus.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce, lead management, and CRM processes.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
* Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce in a business environment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Primary Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
* Salesforce, Pardot, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Salesforce Reports & Dashboard.
Secondary Skills:
* Evaluate custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
* Monitor data flow between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless integration and data synchronization.
