Sales and Technical Representative (H/F)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Define market strategies and set goals for products and services.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their technical and manufacturing needs.

4. Engage in regular client visits, dedicating 50%-80% of your time to on-site interactions within the French-speaking part of Switzerland and Northern Europe.
5. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technical advancements to anticipate market demands.
Requirements
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's is a plus).
2. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the machine tools industry.
3. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
4. Fluency in both French and English; German is a strong plus.
5. Availability to travel extensively for business purposes.
6. A proactive attitude and a keen ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving market.
