We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Virtual Assistant to join our team.
As a Recruiting Virtual Assistant, your main responsibility will be managing all hiring matters, including recruiting agents, maintaining job posts on various platforms, coordinating career fairs, conducting initial interviews, and tracking applicant records.
Responsibilities
* Source, recruit, and screen potential agents through various channels.
* Maintain and update job postings on different websites and platforms.
* Coordinate and prepare for career fairs, including managing logistics and materials.
* Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
* Track applicant records and maintain an organized database.
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., applicant tracking systems, job boards).
* Familiarity with calendaring tools (e.g. Calendly) for scheduling interviews and appointments.
Compensation
$4.50 hourly
