Head / Senior Product Specialist, Investor Relations
Investor Relations:
* Become a product specialist and take responsibility for effective client communication, including coordinating investors' questions and requests relating to the organisation and investor accounts, thereby acting as an interface between the organization and existing as well as prospective clients.
* Take ownership of the storylines of infrastructure solutions, including relevant marketing documentation (press releases, etc.).
* Responsible for the interface to the Private Banking Department regarding infra products.
* Actively support or take responsibility for third parties, such as placement agents.
* Take ownership of processes regarding advisory committee meetings, investor calls, and ad hoc client meetings: set up meetings, prepare materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and participate in meetings.
* Responsible for final reporting in respect of the correct wording for target customer groups.
* Leading Investor Relations communications, including content creation and responsibility for newsletters/articles in financial publications.
* Actively participate in and take ownership of internal projects (product development tasks, etc.).
RFP Management:
* Take full ownership of the RFP/DDQ process from prospective investors using a broad set of content items and data gathered and already provided in the RFP/DDQs.
* Be the owner of the organization's active funds' standard DDQs and handle regular updates; develop RFP content items and data in general, improve efficiency in information sourcing.
Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity/Energy Transition Infrastructure, in a company with international orientation.
* 10 years of experience with RFP/DDQ processes as well as RFP content management.
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent tertiary education.
* Ability to oversee and understand complex and interdependent work streams, setting the right priorities and deadlines, constructively influencing others to deliver on agreed objectives.
* An understanding of the relevant legal frameworks of illiquid funds and experience in handling changes in Fund Documentation is a plus.
* Very good communication skills, open-minded, actively manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong process orientation leading to a structured and documented workflow.
* Outstanding organisational skills with a hands-on and team player attitude.
* Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity.
* Pragmatic and solution-oriented working approach.
* Proactively tackle new topics and issues with a drive to bring about solutions.
* Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a structured approach and a reliable way of working.
* Ability to deal with uncertainty, flexible in thinking and acting, adjusting behaviour to different stakeholders.
* Interest in sustainable energy infrastructure.
* Fluent in English and German is a must, both oral and in writing; bilingual is a plus.
* Advanced MS Office skills are a must.
