Job Description
In collaboration with the Head of Department, you will shape and execute the digital communication strategy:
* Design and execute a detailed strategy for digital marketing and communication initiatives.
* Manage and take responsibility for all the institution's digital channels and initiatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, intranet, newsletter, client app, digital campaigns, and SEO/SEM initiatives).
* Lead the creation and execution of innovative digital campaigns to attract and engage clients.
* Analyze and optimize customer journeys.
* Assess the impact of digital communication activities and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
* Develop and oversee content creation while strategizing and managing the editorial calendar.
* Manage the budget, optimizing resource use and driving the best possible return on investment.
* Ensure compliance standards are met for all activities.
The Successful Applicant
* You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms, including websites, social media, and newsletters in English.
* You possess a strong understanding of SEO/SEM practices, analytics tools, and digital campaign performance tracking. Former experience in e-commerce or digital business development initiatives is a strong advantage.
* You have exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of leading website redesigns and building content platforms from the ground up.
* You are known for your curiosity, creativity, proactivity, and being a great team player.
* You are detail-oriented and accustomed to working in fast-paced environments.
* You can interact and gain credibility by collaborating closely with top management.
* You have prior experience managing a budget with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Minimum Requirements
