Supporting the Operations Planning & Steering leadership team in administrative tasks (e.g., preparing presentations, coordinating management meetings)
Supporting people and culture initiatives
Designing workshops from initial stakeholder engagement to final execution
Contributing to department-wide internal communication
Assisting in team event organization
Exploring various exciting aspects of our team's work

Requirements
Workload Specification: For this position, a minimum of 60 - 80% workload is preferred
HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in economics, business administration or similar education
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for organizing activities and events.
Excellent oral and written presentation skills in English and German; proficiency in writing and illustrating presentations, and reports is essential.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Teams is a plus.
Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization, clearly articulating subject matters in a persuasive manner.
Strong communication skills and experience in conducting workshops; a background in change management is preferred.
