Responsibilities: Create impact assessments, investigation reports, and risk files
Create storylines for audit front rooms
Manage individuals on their deliverables
Keep track of ongoing changes within the department
Support the department leader on quality actions
Work with engineers, equipment owners, and external providers to ensure compliance within our processes
Support manufacturing plant excellence at the site by providing guidance
Technical optimization of processes and systems/improvement measures
Qualifications: Preferably a master's diploma (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical) or equivalent
Experience in GMP quality systems, preferably in pharma
Audit front room experience
Familiarity with maintenance management and GMP practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills at different hierarchical levels in English
Fluent German speaking is a must
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Ability to lead without direct management responsibility
Excellent analytical skills
