Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement service strategies with partners, set annual targets, and ensure goal achievement while continuously improving service levels.
* Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to establish after-sales agreements with new distributors.
* Regularly visit regional partners, organize meetings, workshops, and other activities to review business plans, develop and assess after-sales projects, and enhance service network quality through timely training and supportive materials.
* Gather market information, cooperate with HQ for business planning and strategy, and assist customer satisfaction goals in conjunction with the Customer Service team.
* Closely work with the Supply Chain team to coordinate spare parts deliveries, improve service level performance, and implement after-market activities and service campaigns.
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree with equivalent experience through education or work background.
* Prior experience as an After-Sales Manager within an OEM environment (mobility or automotive sector).
* Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
* Familiarity with electric mobility and a willingness to travel frequently within the territory and abroad (up to 25% of time).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent knowledge of English and German language skills (native speaker), and additional proficiency in CEE languages or Chinese is a plus.
* Customer service and automobile-related working experience.
