About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer for an assignment with our prestigious client in the cybersecurity industry. This position is a great opportunity for an individual looking to contribute to a fast-growing, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:
o Networking and Network Security (FW, Proxy, etc.)
o Host Protection (EDR/EPP)
o Identity Management
o Data Leakage Prevention
* Demonstrate solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
* Utilize excellent presentation and creativity skills to engage clients.
Your Experience
* Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for the last 8 years
* Proven track record selling cyber security complex enterprise solutions
* Own relationship with assigned clients and ensure satisfaction of all assigned clients, and aid clients in achieving their goals and success criteria defined.
* Conduct deep technical discovery
* Build with customer business success stories and case studies according to methodology defined
* Work closely with Product and R&D teams to represent the customer and ensure deliverables are according to the customer requirements specifications
* Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
* Perform 1st-level support and triage of client technical issues and create detailed tickets outlining reported problems
* Fluent in Update reports, Salesforce and all data driven decision making
* Willingness to travel extensively
* BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
