About the Team You Will Join
You will be part of the IATA events team, working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary and diverse environment. As an intern, you will report directly to the Senior Manager Change Management Events and assist with the administration and logistics of various annual events.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to the Events Managers, including tasks related to event planning, execution and post-event activities. This may involve building and updating websites, liaising with our design team, creating visuals and promotional materials, and preparing weekly reports and statistics.
You will also contribute to the success of our events by providing administrative support, such as processing invoices, generating reports and visa letters, and helping on-site when required.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Recently graduated (within the past year) from a University with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Event Management or Business;
Has knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/SharePoint, as well as SAP;
Can prioritize multiple projects, is highly organized and able to handle detailed administrative tasks;
Can adapt quickly to changing workloads and work effectively under pressure with a positive attitude, proactivity and problem-solving skills.
**Note:** Travel is not required for this role.
