E-commerce SEO Specialist
The E-commerce SEO Specialist works closely with the E-Commerce Web Marketing Senior Supervisor, UX/UI Design & Development Manager, and MIS Team to project and implement SEO strategies and best practices that focus on driving organic traffic, revenues, and conversion rate (CR) growth while maximizing visibility of guess.eu across search engines in EMEA countries.
Detailed List of Tasks:
* Keyword Research: Identify and analyze the most relevant keywords for the fashion industry, target audience, and product categories to optimize website content.
* Optimize meta tags, descriptions, titles, URLs, Product Snippets, and OpenGraph content on PDPs, PLPs, HPs, and Editorial Landing pages to improve search engine visibility and maximize organic traffic, revenues, and CR.
* Collaborate with the E-Commerce Copywriter & Content Strategist, Merchandising, Content, and UX/UI team to develop valuable content, including editorial landing page structure and SEO-optimized listing and product pages.
* Technical SEO: Analyze and optimize the site's technical structure, including robots.txt files, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, FCP, ETBT, and CLS) to improve loading speed, indexability, and prevent crawling and indexing issues.
* Plan and execute backlinks review to maintain and further enhance domain authority.
* Monitor Organic Traffic performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to analyze organic traffic and user behavior.
* Perform regular SEO audits to identify and fix technical or content issues that could negatively impact site performance and SERP results.
* Optimize website content for Voice Search and AI-powered search technologies (e.g., Google Bard, ChatGPT, Bing AI). This includes using conversational keywords, providing concise yet informative answers, and structuring content to align with AI query patterns.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a web-marketing environment with a specific focus on SEO.
* At least 2 years' experience using GA4, Google Trends, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console tools.
* Office package, excellent knowledge of Excel.
* Previous working experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other CMS solutions.
