Your role
Are you interested in Cyber and Information Security (CIS) topics and Third Party risk? Do you like to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to help manage CIS Third Party risk? Are you interested in working in a world class financial institution?
We’re looking for a cyber and information security professional to support the delivery of processes to identify CIS Third Party risk. What you’ll be doing:
1. Perform specialist reviews on cyber and security risk assessments for third parties.
2. Help to define risk remediation plans.
3. Serve as a CIS advisor by providing guidance to the business and group functions on how to onboard and manage third parties to UBS.
4. Analyze technical cyber and security risk processes and controls to manage third party vendor landscape.
5. Contribute to the further development of the third-party CIS risk management framework.
6. Help the team shape and deliver a high-quality service offering by fostering customer-centricity, operational excellence, and end-to-end accountability.
7. Support internal and external audits and reviews, regulatory exams, and cybersecurity standards reviews.

Your expertise
1. 2+ years of experience as a risk / audit professional with an in-depth understanding of cyber and information security.
2. Solid understanding of CIS risk and risk assessment processes, controls, and operational risk aspects.
3. Solid understanding of third party risk management.
4. Good knowledge of Cloud platforms and network protocols.
5. Familiar with security scanning tools and hardenings systems / networks.
6. Interest in security standards and frameworks (such as ISO 27000, NIST, ISF, etc.).
7. Industry certifications such as CISSP and CISA are an advantage.
8. Ability to discuss technical CIS concepts with a non-technical audience.
9. Team player leveraging problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
10. Strong interpersonal skills communicating effectively with stakeholders.
11. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
