The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data Management and Commercial Support Executive to join our EMAD Commercial team (European, Mediterranean, and African Distributors). In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the company’s growth objectives and strategies. You will be providing operational support to the Business Intelligence Manager and collaborating with the Commercial Area Managers and the E-tailing Manager.
What you'll get to do
* Consolidate sales data, prepare reports (transform raw data into comprehensive reports), analyze business data, identify and share trends
o Niche Sales data optimization and management, reporting and analysis (external and internal stakeholders).
o Management of data management company for the whole region that consolidates sales data (external stakeholder).
o Analysis of Data deviation of brands/countries/retailers.
o Checking the consistency of the sales report received from retailers/distributors.
* Assist on Power BI project aimed at automating data visualization.
* Assist the Commercial Director on automatization of the consolidation of A&P (advertising and promotional) tools (more than 25 similar tools). One shot project.
* Data analysis and reporting: Help analyze business data, prepare reports, and identify trends to improve sales strategy.
* Support the E-Tailing Manager in a variety of tasks and the Commercial Area Managers on pricing process and tools (store checks gathering, analysis, proposal based on guidelines, create price lists and manage pricing system upload and follow-up).
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience: 1-2 years of professional working experience as Business Analyst, Data Analytics, and Data Management within a business environment. Interest in the luxury and/or beauty industry will be highly valued.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus.
Competencies:
• Proactive, autonomous, with drive. Enthusiastic learner with strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to handle multi-tasks and interact cross-departments.
• Analytical mindset with focus on attention to details and highly organized.
• Digital Savvy.
Specific Knowledge required: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ideally Power BI knowledge is a must.
Contract duration: 6 months.
Start date: ASAP.
