We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join the Immunology Discovery group of the Cardiovascular Metabolism and Immunology Department, located in Basel, Switzerland. Specifically, the research project will aim at investigating the role of T cell plasticity in maintaining intestinal homeostasis and in the development of chronic and tissue-damaging intestinal inflammation.
Alone and in collaboration with data scientists, analyze multi-omics data sets including scRNAseq, TCRseq, 16Sseq, metabolomics and identify molecules to be tested in vitro;
You hold a PhD in immunology obtained no longer than four years ago.
Experience in data analysis using R or Python is a plus.
You published as a leading author in top-tier journals.
Your excellent English skills, written and spoken, complete your profile.
