Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital pharmacy directors, and other key decision-makers within assigned hospitals.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets for your territory through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
3. Provide in-depth product training and education to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal understanding and utilization of our products.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position products and services.
5. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet the specific needs of hospital staff and decision-makers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of key initiatives.

Requirements
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably within dermatology.
3. Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capacity to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Fluent in both English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
7. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
