Job Responsibilities
1. Check on contractors schedule and track site progress on all systems i.e. Mech, Electrical, HVAC, Automation, CSA.
2. Report to the building Technical PM, giving daily updates on the status of construction commissioning progress.
3. Support/accompaniment of 3D coordination, resolution of collisions, adjustments, etc.
4. Supervise contractor walkdowns for systems and utilities.
5. Track the status of Document completion like CTOPs.
Minimum Requirements
1. BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar, with experience in managing engineering work packages or construction management and site field coordination in the Pharma or Biotech industries.
2. Qualification experience in areas such as utilities, small process packages, HVAC, automation.
3. Independent working style and able to work in a multi-discipline and complex environment.
4. Experience with CTOP.
5. Well-structured thinking and precise working ability.
6. Fluent in English (C1 level minimum).
