This appeals to you
You tackle a wide range of mathematical and geometrical modeling problems - often with a strong physical component - that are employed to design, characterize, and improve our systems
You enjoy venturing into new fields and actively further the exchange with people from various scientific and technical backgrounds.
You are passionate about adapting generic algorithmic approaches to the very situation in order to create customised light-weight solutions.
You develop efficient algorithms for sensor data processing and closely collaborate with engineers in testing and implementing them into our products.
This is you
A degree in applied mathematics, computer science or physics, (MSc or PhD) is required. Recent graduates are welcome.
You have a strong theoretical background that allows you to adapt and tackle problems in diverse fields such as signal processing, image processing, opto-mechanics, geometric reconstruction, estimation, resource planning, etc.
You are equally interested in dealing with concrete technical situations such as computational constraints or coping with sensor limitations
You have well developed programming skills. We customary use Python and Matlab for prototyping purposes. If required, we deliver implementations in low-level languages.
Fluent in English and (ideally) in German.
