Associate Scientist QC Release & Stability

Job Summary:
The Quality Control department is responsible for validating and transferring test methods, as well as performing routine release and stability tests for various clinical phase materials and samples.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work according to established guidelines, procedures, and processes in the QC department, adhering to internal regulations and cGMP standards.
* Conduct analytical assays and perform laboratory duties to support department objectives.
* Assist in building a strong team, expanding knowledge base, and maintaining expertise within QC to reflect changing business needs.
* Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental protection.
* Perform timely and cost-effective testing of samples at the required cGMP level.
* Create and process ETS records, support investigations when required, and contribute to the validation and verification of analytical methods.
* Work in a clean and tidy manner to ensure readiness for inspection at all times.
* Obtain necessary materials and reagents for assigned tests, including ordering laboratory consumables and reagents.
* Support implementation of new equipment in the QC Release & Stability team and drive continuous improvement projects within Quality Control.
* Train employees, coordinate employee qualification and re-qualification, and assist in achieving departmental goals and commitments.
* Additional tasks may be assigned by the team leader.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* Possess a profound working understanding of laboratory operations and practices.
* Hold a university degree in natural sciences, applied sciences, or equivalent.
Skills & Competences:
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Strong time and self-management skills.
* Proficient language skills in German and English, written and spoken.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
