As a family-run Swiss construction machinery dealer, RUBAG is characterized by a 120-year tradition. Since 1904, we have been passionately selling, renting and repairing construction machinery, containers, trailers and small equipment and are constantly developing our range - with the mission of meeting our customers' needs quickly and with individual solutions.
We are looking for a motivated new team member at our RUBAG location in Oberbürenwith immediate effect or by arrangement.
* Sale of small machines directly from the branch
* Administration for sales and after sales
* Care, support and continuous further development of existing customers
* Delivery of new, rental and used machines
* Organization of transporters (internal and external)
* Assistance with after-sales marketing
* Market and competition analysis
* Assistance with product development and range improvement
* Maintenance of the branch
What will convince us:
* Vocational training with a federal diploma
* Professional experience in the rental or scheduling of machines or vehicles is a plus
* Fluent written and spoken German
* Strong communication skills, reliability and commitment
* Cost-conscious yet entrepreneurially proactive nature
* Team spirit, but still enjoy working independently
* Ability to work under pressure - you keep a cool head even in hectic situations
