Sonova’s R&D people leaders act as both line managers and coaches, guiding individuals and groups to success. They work together with technical managers to ensure optimal functioning of the development teams, help remove impediments and foster a collaborative and psychologically safe work environment. They drive employee engagement and talent development and contribute to organizational development. In this role, you will lead a diverse group of professionals, including software and hardware developers, architects, and project leaders. You will support them in all people-related matters including their growth and collaboration with stakeholders.
