We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team.
* Contact person for GBS Team and auditors for CertIQ issues, ensuring timely resolutions and open communication.
* Prepare client offers, showcasing our services and competitive advantages.
* Coordinate audits and manage deadlines in CertIQ, guaranteeing efficient scheduling and execution.
* Maintain accurate records in the CertIQ database and CRM system.
* Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
* Communicate with clients before and after audits, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
* Approve auditor invoices, maintaining a smooth financial process.
* Upload documents to Sharepoint and ePac, ensuring secure storage and accessibility.
* Act as a vacation deputy for other back-office employees, providing support and continuity.
Qualifications
* Basic commercial education and additional training or certifications.
* Several years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the same position.
* Fluency in German and English, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in modern PC applications, including software and systems.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, facilitating teamwork and collaboration.
* Reliability, flexibility, and accuracy, essential for meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
