Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, focusing in the cyber security industry. You will be responsible for engaging potential leads, effectively communicating our products and services, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads.
Identify and qualify leads based on their needs and alignment with our solutions.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of our cybersecurity products and services to present them effectively to prospects.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies for lead generation and qualification.
Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
Support the sales team by setting up meetings and providing relevant lead information.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better understand customer challenges and needs.
Qualifications
Experience in a sales development or similar role, in the cybersecurity industry.
Proven experience using HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in French and/or German is a strong plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Degree-educated (preferred).
