ServiceNow Consultant
We are hiring a ServiceNow Consultant to reinforce our team of experts in Service Management in Lausanne.

About the Role:
* Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.
* Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team.
* Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints.
* Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
* Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation.
* Participate in workshops with customers to understand customer gap and establish future solution.
* Design and deliver ServiceNow Solution with a technical architecture designed for long-term success using ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
* Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing related work products; lead test remediation cycles.
* Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert.
About You:
* You have more than 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
* You have proven experience in consulting / professional services and technical delivery.
* You have a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget.
* You have strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages.
* You have a deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
* You are certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
* You are certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
* Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-Discovery) and Event Management (CIS-EM) is a plus.
* You have excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. German is a plus.
