IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Location: Luterbach, Switzerland
Type: Part-Time
Hours: (10-20) Hours Per week
Responsibilities:
Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS systems.
Maintain ticket updates and ensure timely communication on issue resolution.
Support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and desktop applications.
Perform preventative maintenance on IT equipment.
Diagnose network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
Broad experience with Networks, Servers, AV, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
Flexibility to work in a dispatch-based role.
Minimum Requirements:
20-hour weekly work permit in Switzerland.
Solid understanding of computer systems and IT/computer knowledge.
Salary: Negotiable
