Philip Morris seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Prototypes Manufacturing Team, supporting the development of new products within the Manufacturing Development Center.
This role requires technical expertise and strong communication skills for collaboration with the team and partners.
Responsibilities:
* The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee prototype production from concept to execution, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
* They will analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize equipment efficiency.
* Possessing knowledge of manufacturing processes, they will propose innovative solutions for new prototype designs and collaborate with external equipment manufacturers for upgrades.
* The ideal candidate will design, execute, and analyze experimental plans, providing conclusive reports on process and product improvements.
* They must ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards in their work.
Qualifications:
* A Master of Science degree in Chemical, Food, or Process Engineering is required.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or chemical processing, is desired.
