Job Description
This role as a Platform Support Engineer involves providing level 3 support, collaborating closely with development teams, and ensuring timely support for our customers/partners through root cause analysis and solution provision.
Your Responsibilities
* Apply in-depth troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with deep knowledge of systems, databases, and applications, to identify the root cause of customer issues.
* Provide L3 support to requestors (Report exports, Account Moves, Issue troubleshooting).
* Analyze recurring issues and suggest new solutions (feature, process, etc.) with the goal of decreasing escalations to 3rd level.
* Conduct customer consultations on API integrations.
* Closely collaborate with development team members to address long-term fixes.
* Execute API calls and troubleshoot apps when necessary.
* Participate in workshops and demos.
* Participate in IT audits.
* Maintain existing code bases by fixing bugs and making refactoring efforts.
Your Profile
* You have experience supporting SaaS solutions.
* You are able to troubleshoot systems built and deployed in Azure and integrated with APIs.
* You are eager to learn and capable of tackling simple defect fixing tasks.
* You have experience in Application Testing and Troubleshooting – FrontEnd and BackEnd parts of the product.
* You have experience in testing environment management and Git.
* You possess basic knowledge of databases and Linux.
* You have experience testing Soap and REST APIs.
* You possess a curious and problem-solving mindset.
* You excel in time-management and multitasking.
* You are skilled in verbal and written communication skills (English).
Considered as Advantage
* Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant education is considered an advantage.
* Interest in Testing industry evolution and CI/CD Practices.
* Experience in scripting – JS, Python, or any other.
* Any IT certification.
