Our team assists organizations in navigating regulatory complexity while strengthening trust and transparency in their business. The fundamentals of business remain unchanged despite shifting rules. You'll collaborate with senior management members to plan the audit process from start to finish, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of client information.
Your Tasks
1. Audit clients in the Trade, Industries & Services area.
2. Conduct integrated audits of companies using United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and filing with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
3. Perform statutory audits of companies following Swiss law.
4. Audit private companies adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
5. Manage audits of non-financial reports, such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) audits.
6. Prepare the audit file for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
7. Develop new relationships with clients and support them in technical accounting matters.
8. Take ownership of your responsibilities, flexibility, and development.
9. Share expertise by teaching, coaching, and mentoring others.
Your Profile
10. Possess over 7 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 or an International Second Tier firm.
11. Demonstrate exceptional technical skills with excellent knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
12. Hold a completed US CPA qualification or equivalent.
13. Experience managing large multi-location audits and effective day-to-day management of clients and network PwC firms within the region.
14. Manage audits of non-financial reports.
15. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
16. Collaborate effectively with Partners.
17. Exhibit excellent English verbal and written communication skills – German is a plus.
