As a committed and highly motivated Sales & Operations Planner, you will create a sustainable tomorrow with us as part of our Global Sales & Operations Planning Team.
The application period ends in November. We will review all incoming applications at the beginning of December and provide feedback on how to proceed with the application process.
Job Responsibilities
1. You translate demand into capacity planning/slot planning.
2. You serve as the Single Point of Contact within the Sales & Operations Planning Process for Project Managers, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
3. You closely coordinate and collaborate with the Commercial and Procurement Departments, Shipping Specialists, and Manufacturing Planners.
4. You review (Navigator) quotations to check lead times and consider factory workload in line with business requirements.
5. You define supply chain events for all components based on project strategy, lead times, and given capacities.
6. You draft, adjust, and update the event schedule and prepare it for kick-off meetings.
7. You track major events, monitor progress, and proactively define actions with the Project Manager, Supply Chain, and Logistics in case of deviation or delay.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Planning or Supply Chain Management.
3. Strong ability in using SAP.
4. Strong customer-focused problem-solving and conflict management skills.
5. Team spirit and well-developed communication skills, as well as the ability to work within an interdisciplinary and international environment.
6. Very good communication skills in English and a good level of German.
