**Marketing & Communications Leader**
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Communications Manager to lead our marketing activities at our Headquarter Office and global events program. Based in Schwerzenbach (ZH), you will be part of a dynamic international team.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans, including product flyers, brochures, videos, advertisements, and reference lists, collaborating closely with external partners.
* Manage, design, and maintain the company's website and web-based applications, including databases, project reference lists, newsletters, and news updates, with support from external partners.
* Oversee internal and external communications, including social media management (especially LinkedIn), content generation, and digital marketing to increase engagement and visibility.
Events Planning & Management
* Plan and coordinate the annual global conference, including location scouting, event logistics, guest management, accommodation, tours, transportation, catering, and gala dinners.
* Identify, negotiate, and liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms for event-related services.
* Provide hands-on support for event attendees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
General Administrative Support
* Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories related to marketing and events.
* Support senior management, external partners, and editorial teams in marketing and communications activities.
Requirements & Experience
* Professional certificate/degree in marketing/business administration or related field; additional marketing training preferred.
* At least 3 years prior professional marketing experience; commercial experience and/or events management, design, or web management desirable.
* Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry with an interest in sustainability highly desired.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required, German highly desirable, additional languages advantageous.
* Demonstrable graphics skills and proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite and Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media a plus.
