What you'll be doing here:
1. Actively participate in various research projects in Social Design, Design Anthropology, and related design research fields, and develop innovative, participatory methods.
2. Independently develop, refine, and implement project proposals and research initiatives.
3. Support the dissemination of research findings and create publications.
4. Contribute to organizational, administrative, and documentation tasks within projects.
5. Interviews will take place on February 25 and 26, 2025, in Bern.
What you'll bring with you:
1. PhD in one of the fields of Social Design, Design Anthropology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
2. Knowledge of design research methods, including participatory design and qualitative/ethnographic methods.
3. Experience in research funding and drafting proposals for applied projects.
4. Strong organizational skills, teamwork ability, and a high level of motivation and commitment.
5. Excellent command of English as well as good proficiency in German or French (level A2 or B1). Please include a publication with your application (CV and motivation letter).
