Job Title: QS Analyst (Training & Document Control)
We are seeking a temporary QS Analyst (Training & Document Control) for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible or within one month's notice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the electronic training system, including assignment and data entry.
* Support the maintenance of the document control system.
* Oversee the circulation of documents for approval.
* Review electronic documents submitted to document control for formatting, spelling, and clarity before releasing approved documents.
* Maintain revision and approval status of all documents.
* Ensure appropriate form templates are accessible.
* Participate in quality system management.
* Coordinate classroom training sessions.
* Support internal and external audits by providing training records or information.
* Create documentation and procedures related to this position.
* Assist with document updates and translations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in document and promotional materials management using electronic document management systems (e.g., Agile, Adaptiv, or other PLM systems).
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Quality Systems/Regulatory Compliance environments, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
* Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and deploying training programs across companies.
* Familiarity with FDA and/or European regulatory environments.
* Thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, including presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work autonomously, rigorously, analytically, and flexibly.
* Well-organized and systematic approach.
* Ability to collaborate with multiple levels of management across sites and functions.
