Your key responsibilities
Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, and facilitate communication with candidates.
Organize new hire orientations, manage onboarding checklists, and assist with offboarding processes.
Support payroll preparation and address related inquiries.
Ensure adherence to Swiss labor laws and company policies.
Support routine HR inquiries, improving people & culture policies.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Contribute to streamlining HR processes and ensuring operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you need to bring to the role
2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
Familiarity with Swiss employment regulations and HR software.
Exposure to recruitment activities, including coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, supporting candidate communication.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and collaborative attitude.
Swiss working permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
Hands-on approach to problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and service-oriented attitude toward supporting team needs.
Comfortable working independently while maintaining collaborative relationships.
