FP&A Controller - ASAP (2-5 Years of Experience)

Job Responsibilities
Budgeting Process and Cost Control:
* Collaborate with sales teams and functional stakeholders to prepare the annual budget.
* Monitor monthly results compared to the budget, identifying areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
* Create summary and ad-hoc reports to highlight budget deviations and propose corrective actions.
Monthly Closing:
* Participate in monthly close reviews, ensuring accurate cost allocation and identifying anomalies.
* Produce detailed management reports, including comprehensive P&L statements, variance analyses, and executive summaries.
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting:
* Compile data from various departments to create monthly management reports, highlighting key performance indicators.
* Ensure correct cost allocation by cost center and nature, reconciling management accounts and consolidated financial statements.
* Comment on main cost lines and respond to management and shareholders' questions on monthly reports.
Special Finance Projects:
* Contribute to strategic finance projects with the FP&A Manager and Finance Director, focusing on process improvement and cost optimization.
* Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and financial reporting automation.
Requirements
