Job Title

Your Position
* Drive and support change initiatives across the organization by developing and executing change management strategies.
* Craft clear and engaging communications, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and lead outreach efforts to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
* Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and adoption of new processes, services, systems, and platforms.
* Conduct stakeholder assessments to identify resistance points and develop targeted change interventions.
* Lead change impact analyses and provide recommendations to minimize disruptions.
* Facilitate training programs, workshops, and engagement activities to promote change adoption among faculty and researchers.
* Act as a key liaison between the sciCORE leadership, sciCORE users, and university partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of change initiatives.
* Promote awareness of OCM principles within the sciCORE team, equipping team members with strategies to navigate and support change effectively.
* Coach and support the sciCORE technical teams, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Technical Documentation
* Maintain and manage internal and user-facing documentation, leveraging modern documentation-as-code processes and platforms.
* Work closely with the sciCORE technical teams and SMEs to translate complex information into user-friendly materials.
* Coordinate the development of user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and FAQs tailored for researchers.
* Ensure accuracy, clarity, and accessibility of documentation for diverse audiences.
* Establish best practices and templates for organizational documentation.
Communication & Outreach
* Design and execute clear, concise, and engaging communication plans tailored to faculty, researchers, and university administrators.
* Develop and manage outreach programs to ensure broad awareness and understanding of organizational changes, sciCORE services, resources, and new initiatives.
* Act as a liaison between the sciCORE team, the university central communication team, and other university support units to ensure alignment on communication and implementation strategies.
* Develop communication materials and templates, including emails, presentations, newsletters, web content, and social media updates as required.
* Help with the organization of information sessions, webinars, and community forums to foster engagement and collaboration.
* Monitor communication effectiveness and outreach success, adjusting strategies based on feedback and engagement metrics.
About You
Requirements
* Master's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience in a relevant technical domain.
* 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, project management, technical documentation, internal communications, or outreach roles.
* Familiarity with change management and project management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Agile).
* Strong technical writing, editing, and presentation skills.
* Experience with project management, documentation, and communication tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Wiki platforms, social media management tools).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced research and academic environment.
* Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
* Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Strong proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
We Offer
You will be part of a highly efficient and motivated team of IT specialists. The initial contract is for 1 year with possibility of extension depending on availability of funds and work performance.
