How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
1. Supervise overall coordination of the team of technicians and supports.
2. Accountable for safe, reliable and optimized maintenance to cope with the operations demand and develop the maintenance strategy accordingly.
3. Monthly review the operational KPIs and address any corrective action to deliver the annual roadmap, whilst refining the strategy via a continuous improvement approach of the maintenance plans/procedures.
4. Lead the yearly budget preparation and monthly control of spending.
5. Ensure that all equipment under responsibility operates in compliance with all internal/external regulations.
6. Evaluate the need of investing vs maintaining and provide support to project team as subject matter expert for any replacement or new investment.
7. Deliver the supporting documents as per project phase (project charter, costing, WBS, RFQ, timing, etc.).
8. Integrate and support the Zero Net approach in terms of CO2 & H2O in the day-to-day activities.

12. Ability to drive change and to interface at all levels of the organization.
13. Over 10 years of experience in a similar position, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures, environments and ideally having deployed a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Experience in a fast-paced and/or high-growth environment is a plus.
14. Highly developed communication skills, bilingual English and French, both verbal and written.
