Your Responsibilities
1. Oversee the successful execution of events and support attainment of event objectives by creating and analyzing online evaluations and preparing post-event reports.
2. Provide daily event planning, preparation, and project management for multiple large-scale conferences and other events, developing timelines, and ensuring stakeholders understand deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively.
3. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven matrix environment to ensure regular communication.
4. Manage, track, and maintain marketing information, leads, and opportunities within the CRM database; update databases, including contact management system mailing lists.
5. Develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies for event outreach via email, website, social media, conference apps, and print; create and maintain online components, such as registration forms, event web pages, and surveys.
6. Recruit speakers at pharma customers and provide exceptional service; work directly with speakers and registrants on issues and inquiries related to travel and logistics.
7. Coordinate on-site arrangements for all meetings and events: manage, review, and negotiate venue, hotel, AV, and related contracts; arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, and ensure suitable décor.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* 2+ years of professional meeting/event planning and execution experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, event registration systems, and online applications.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms like Salesforce and Pardot, email marketing programs; experience with sales enablement platforms is an asset.
* Strong time management skills and ability to handle concurrent tasks efficiently, excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
