* The Business Manager at KLANIK is responsible for supporting the development and sustainability of their respective Business Unit through:
* Defining a Commercial Strategy: Identifying market opportunities, assessing competition, and outlining a plan to drive growth and revenue.
* Sales Prospecting: Utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
* Closing Deals: Qualifying leads, proposing optimal solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring project initiation under favorable conditions.
* Talent Management: Recruiting, developing, and leading a team of 10-15 full-time engineer talents to execute these projects.
* Business Development: Maintaining strong relationships with clients and engineering consultants to identify new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Challenges:
* Navigating diverse technical environments, managing complex contacts and situations, and making informed risk-taking decisions on a daily basis.
* Leading a team of consultants, focusing on human management, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
* Operating in a highly competitive context, staying ahead of market trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.
* Implementing a comprehensive commercial development and deployment strategy to drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Master's degree from a recognized business school or university.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven track record working in an IT services company (ESN) within the Geneva market.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
