* Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, focusing on transformations in digital HR.
* Programme and project management in national and international environments.
* Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations.
* Support and implementation of organizational, process-related, IT-related, and personnel changes in the HR organization.
* Planning and management of training measures.
* Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT.
Qualifications
* Academic excellence : outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
* Industry knowledge : several years of practical project experience in digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
* Consulting experience : practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment.
* Conceptual talent : rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines.
* Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
