Position Summary
As a Brand Identity and Collaboration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Brand Identity and Collaborations, ensuring a cohesive and unified brand expression on a global and local scale, across various platforms and touchpoints. Your role will involve driving creative brand innovation to enhance the brand's appeal and attractiveness, while aligning with the brand's purpose and objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a consistent and impactful brand presence, while elevating the brand desirability.
A Day in the Life of a Brand Identity and Collaboration Manager
Envision an elevated and distinctive brand image and lead the development and implementation of brand guidelines across different touchpoints, working with various departments
Provide artistic direction to ensure campaigns and experiences align with the brand identity and enhance brand value, at the forefront of creativity
Anticipate and accommodate new brand identity needs
Drive creative development to engage a new generation of consumers through impactful artistic collaborations
Explore new creative directions, partnerships, and channels
Lead the visual identity of seasonal consumer experiences
Ensure consistent and high-quality visual expression and experience
Expand the external network and position Nespresso as a leading creative brand
Manage a team of 4 professionals
What will make you successful
Established experience (5 to 6 years) in marketing or communication background in lifestyle/luxury companies
Extensive experience in 360 communication
Strong project development management skills with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and advocacy skills
Resilient and able to handle stress and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a high-paced environment
Agile mindset combining strategic, analytical and creative thinking
Sense for design and sensitivity to luxury and image
Effective team leader and collaborative team player with influential abilities
Proven skills in agency management
Fluent in English, any other language as asset
