What it's about
Content Experts work on the whole spectrum of editorial content and other marketing collateral such as client reporting, pitchbooks, commercial sections in PPMs, investor letters, multimedia (videos, social media), product update presentations, presentations for due diligence events, DDQs and educational material for our client relationship team. They convey our messaging and position us in our marketing material consistently.
To strengthen our marketing activities in that field, we are hiring a content expert/reporting specialist in Zug who will become the marketing responsible for one of our multi-billion Private Wealth flagship evergreen products.
Key activities:
1. Thoroughly analyze portfolio developments and craft the language used for periodic client reporting, focusing on largest investments, meaningful realizations, valuation drivers, and other relevant developments in the reporting period.
2. Preparing, optimizing, and publishing digital content for multiple online channels and targeted campaigns.
3. Pitch book updates & population of update presentation templates (increasingly utilizing AI).
4. Preparation of compelling content for client publications and client events, including Academies, investor calls, due diligence days, etc.
5. Oversee and respond to client requests relating to assigned private wealth-focused investment programs.
6. Take responsibility in projects to support the development and growth of the team.
What we expect:
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in a similar role in the financial industry; editing experience is an advantage.
2. Strong academic credentials with a degree in communications, business administration, finance, or economics.
3. A strong understanding of private markets, semi-liquid/evergreen structures and the ability and drive to produce consistent marketing content across editorial, PowerPoint, and Multimedia for that area.
4. Strong writing skills, flawless command of written English, and a solid understanding of the financial industry/private markets. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Advanced Excel skills to conduct analytics related to client requests and product performance calculations, and the ability to produce convincing and visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint.
6. Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team that is spread out across several offices.
7. Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload while delivering zero default.
